Will it invent citations?

References are pulled from Crossref and DataCite metadata and formatted by a fixed rule, so the marker and its bibliography entry come from a real record, never written by the model. Run Source quality before you submit to flag retracted and preprint sources.

Does it check that a source supports my claim?

Claim check counts how many of your sentence's terms appear in the cited passage and flags conflicting wording. It quotes the passage so you can judge it yourself. Term overlap means the words line up, not that the source supports the claim.

Is my unpublished work private?

Your text is sent to Rivul's AI model only to produce the output you asked for. Rivul never trains models on your drafts or library and never sells your content.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

Where do the sources come from?
